I'm proud family woman and mother to two wonderful boys who continually inspire and enrich my life. They fill me with immense happiness and gratitude every day.
During my younger years, I had the incredible opportunity to explore the world, crossing paths with fascinating people who left a lasting impact on me. I’ve always been captivated by others and their unique stories and adventures. The gift of forming deep connections with people is something I’ve cherished for as long as I can remember.
In my professional life, I wear many hats—I'm a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, and Ericksonian Psychotherapist. Ethical practice is my cornerstone, and I've poured my heart into extensive studies to uphold these standards.
What truly lights up my day is guiding people to shed their burdens and find freedom. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore and transform. Together, we'll openly communicate and collaborate to identify and tackle obstacles, paving the way for positive change.
